Estimated delivery time

Your Coverplate is made to order and estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days (with reservation for possible weekends). Our packages can be easily tracked and you will receive notification both by SMS and email, provided that these are correctly specified. 

 

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping is added. We reserve the right to change the prices in the e-shop without prior notice. Gift cards and discount codes cannot be combined, but you can only use one discount code or one gift card per purchase.

 

Transport responsibility

Coverplate.se is responsible for any damaged or lost goods during transport to the customer as long as the customer indicates this upon delivery / collection, it must be documented with the shipping agent. It is the customer's responsibility to make the complaint within the time interval required by the shipping company. The customer must also be responsible for ensuring that packaging and images are available for any complaints at least 30 days after the claim has been initiated.

 

Complaint

If an item is damaged or does not match how the product has been presented on the website, you have the option to advertise the products.
In the event of a complaint, you always contact us by email (info@coverplate.se) as soon as you discover the error. First of all, we investigate whether it is possible to fix the error on the item. If not, the complaint is replaced with a new item against the old item in return.

If we can neither replace the product nor fix the fault, you get your money back. To process a complaint, we take the item back for inspection. When we have received the item back to us and the complaint has been approved, we will send you a new item or refund you what you paid for the item.

 

Untriggered packages

The package is at Posten's delivery point for two weeks.
Should the package not be picked up, the goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge costs for return shipping, the amount depends on the size of the package.

 

Force majeure

Both parties shall be exempted from performance of the agreement if performance is prevented or substantially impeded by circumstances that the party could not reasonably control or foresee. The following and similar circumstances shall be deemed to constitute grounds for exemption where they prevent or complicate the fulfillment of the agreement: fire, war, mobilization, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, strike, lockout, power cut, restrictions in the form of driving force and failure in or delay in deliveries from subcontractors which is based on circumstances referred to in this point or other circumstances beyond the party's control, which either prevent or hinder the party's performance to such an extent that it cannot be done except at an abnormally high cost.

 

Return

As the product is manufactured according to the customer's wishes and is a customer-unique product, we do not offer returns, except on completely glossy coverplates and our coverplates with ready-made messages.
